This warming, soothing caffeine-free fruit infusion is one of our absolute favourites to enjoy during the Winter months. Packed with fruity, spicy, invigorating ingredients and flavours it is the ideal pick-me-up on a cold day.

To create this aromatic blend we have taken inspiration from warming and spicy seasonal flavours popular around the festive season. We have combined real apple pieces and orange pieces with cardamom, cinnamon and almonds for a wonderfully warming infusion which is full of flavour and delightfully invigorating with naturally sweet notes.

Winter Apple is a great winter warmer when served hot, but also a naturally sweet and aromatic cold-brewed infusion with fruity, sweet flavour but completely sugar and calorie free. Simply steep 2tbsp per 200ml filtered cold water overnight in the refrigerator and serve. Add ice and fruit pieces to kick it up a notch.

To Enjoy

Place one dessertspoon per cup into an infuser, filter or teapot. Add freshly boiled water and infuse for 4 minutes.
